At Icas as we are an innovative company doing our own development and production,  with well established products in our markets.

Environmental smoke alarms:
Icas was the first company world-wide, with mass production of a low radioactive ionic smoke detector with only 3.5 kBq. Most of our competitors are still using 35-40 kBq. Meanwhile (since 1993) we have been building up our experience with this environmental friendly technology.

This ensures you an environmental product of high quality!

Design Detector:
Our 400 series smoke detector can be delivered as either an Optical (type 400) or an Ionic (type 410) detector and will fit perfectly in any private home. These detectors can also be equipped with a wireless solution to connect all detectors in a loop together or to a Fire panel. The radio uses the EU approved 868Mhz.

These detectors can be powered from a standard Alkaline 9v battery, 10year lithium battery or from mains 230v.

System Detector:
Smoke detectors in our 500-IDx series are EN54-7 certified and can be used with any type of Fire panel or intruder system panel with a loop voltage of 9-24V. Like all our detectors these have a built in Sounder producing 85dB alarm.

Export:
We are today exporting to Finland, Sweden and Germany. We continue to welcome new business partners.

Development:
At Icas we developing products to meet our customers specific needs along with the defined requirements of the market.
If customers have special needs to enter a volume market, and need to modify some product specifications, we should be able to meet such requirements.
